It's a small village with some forest and a beach, all surrounded by an invisible, and impenetrable, barrier. No one can get out, but the Malnosso can get in. Sometimes they send droids to kidnap the residents here and take them away to experiment on them; sometimes they take groups of people to fight a war for them. Sometimes they wreak havoc here for no good reason I can think of.
